Jollof Shrimps and Carrot Rice

Ingredients 
 
Blanched shrimps.
Grated carrots.
Chopped pepper, Ónions & Garlic.
Tomatoe paste.
Stock cube, Curry and Salt.
Vegetable oil.


DIRECTIONS :-
First, pour into a dry hot pot some vegetable oil.
 
Pour in the chopped garlic and onions and let it fry a bit.

Then pour in the shrimps and stir with a wooden spoon.

Add the chopped pepper and tomatoe paste and stir, add stock cube, salt and curry stir and let it fry for 2 minutes,then add water to the frying sauce that will cook the rice well and let the mixture boil very well before adding the rice.

When the rice is done cooking, add the grated carrots and stir well and serve.
