Marinate chicken and beef in melted butter, curry, garlic, salt and stock cube for 1hr.
Remove the meat from the marinate and boil with
onion till tender.
In a separate plate mix sesame seeds and bread crumbs.

What you will need :-
1.Bread.
2.Food Processor /blender.
Directions :--
Before making your breadcrumbs your bread needs to be
dry enough to crumble.
- Cut the bread into thin pieces.
- To dry, place the bread pieces in a tray spread in a single layer it will dry faster that way and bake 300 degree F. oven for about 10 min , if you don't want to make use of an oven just simply place the tray out in the sun until they are hard and crunchy.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Transfer to a food processor /blender and process until breadcrumb is reached.
- Recipes you can try this with are Scotch Eggs, Popcorn chicken, potatoe balls, Crispy Fried Chicken.
Storage :-
Fresh breadcrumbs are best used immediately, while dry breadcrumbs can be stored for a few weeks in a cool place, using an airtight container, or up to 3 months in the freezer. The ends and crusts of bread loaves can be stored in a bag in the freezer and turned into breadcrumbs another time.
Completion of Seeded Chicken and Beef :---
- Coat each piece of meat with the dry mixture.
- Then oven dry them for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- If you are going to fry the meat : Coat the meat with raw egg before coating it with the dry mixture.
